WHITE BOOTIES AFTER LABOR DAY

So I decided that I should maybe start posting some of my looks from my iPhone when I’m out, and I do a few fun things! You guys always ask about my outfits and where things are from via Instastories, and I want to make it as easy as possible for you to be able to shop them all!

I’m so in to kimonos with ripped shorts and tees right now. It’s warm here in Colorado but it’s especially warm at home in California. And will be for a few more months. (Let’s be real. Shorts are a year-round thing in So Cal!) Now I just need to get a cute short sleeve one so I can wear it at work. Favorite thing about fall: Sweaters and long sleeves. Least favorite thing about fall: The fact that I can’t wear sweaters and long sleeves at work. Washing hair plus coloring hair plus wearing an apron plus working with hot tools means no cute fall clothes at work for me. 😛

Ok sooooo how about THESE BOOTS. You guys. I have been on the hunt for white booties, and I’m in LOVE. If you know me, you know I NEVER wear stick heels as I call them. But I saw these on Instagram and wanted them SO bad. But thought for sure I would never actually wear them. Well, I am here to tell you that dreams do come true. I still wouldn’t be found trekking all over town for a full day in them but they are comfortable enough for me to walk around in at least for part of the day, and that my friends is a freaking miracle. So much a miracle that I also got them in black. Annnnd the hubby is obsessed with them so it’s a win for everyone. (I sized up half a size! But my feet are also kind wide aka fat. 😛 It’s fine. I’m fine with it.)

By the way, this girl who was watching me trying to decide between the black or white booties said the white were cute but it was after Labor Day so I needed to get the black. And I’m just here to let you know that I plan to break that “rule” all season long, and I won’t judge you if you do too.

P.S. I have been looking for the perfect high-waist distressed denim shorts, and these are it!

I currently have a minor headache because I forgot to drink my four o’coffee, and that’s pretty pathetic. But I can’t be alone right?!

Alena and I are having so much fun just hanging out! I miss Ben but he’s not even home until next Tuesday so I’m just happy I’m gone doing something to help pass the time. 😛
