FAIRYTALE DRESS

You. Guys. This. Dress. Not even sure what to say because I feel like it speaks for itself. I put it on and immediately felt like a princess. You know when you just put on an outfit, and it instantly make you feel beautiful?! This dress did that for me! I decided if I had worn a second dress at my wedding, this most definitely would have been what I might have wanted to wear. I love the lace and the sequin detailing! It would also make the perfect dress for a bride to wear to her bridal shower. Annnnd, it also comes in black. Which would be perfect for a fancy party, a special gem to just keep hidden in your closet for when you’re in the mood to get dressed up in lace and sequins and feel like a princess! So if you don’t have anywhere that you think you would wear the white, black is a much easier option to take out on the town without too much of an excuse! (I’m still trying to figure out where I’m going to have Ben take me to in this dress! Have any ideas for us?! I mean I already stood on a busy street corner and twirled around and took photos while cars passed by so walking into Chipotle or Yard House in it wouldn’t be that weird, right? 😛 )

Ben got home from his Marine training weekend Sunday night, and after dinner, we were talking and before we knew it, we were rearranging out entire bedroom at 10pm! I actually used to always do that when I was a kid! I totally remember deciding to change my room around or clean out my closet at the oddest hours of night! (I wonder if it’s because in our subconscious we know we can’t actually finish the whole project before bedtime so it makes it seem like an easier thing to do. 😛 )

Anywho, we at least got the furniture rearranged and made a plan for what we are going to do, and I’m so excited about it! I feel like since we got married a lot of parts of our house just haven’t ever seemed completely “done” so I’m excited to have a plan and start working on it! We did some DIY projects yesterday and got some cute little plants for our room. We usually name them…but maybe they should remain nameless until I figure out if I can keep them alive. 😛

After that we spent a long time just talking about life, and it made me feel so happy that I’m married to my best friend who I get to share life with, and we have the best time being together! (Hey babe, maybe I’ll just put this dress back on and we get married again! Whatddya say?! :P)
