So I looked EVERYWHERE to find a denim vest with patches on it that I could link for you, and most of what I found was all DIY. Which is obviously a great idea! The only other one I found that was remotely cute was $600…ummmm #byefelicia. BUT you definitely should check your local TJ Maxx, and maybe they will still have it! It’s American Eagle brand so go look! Otherwise to me the DIY option actually sounds supah fun. Put patches on it that mean something to you. Sounds perfect to me because I’m all about things having a special meaning behind them. As for my vest, it works for me because, I mean c’mon wearing an article of clothing around my hubby that says “Kiss This”, he just can’t resist. (Who I am kidding the patch has nothing to do with it. Buuuuut we’ll pretend.) Anywho, I absolutely love this kind of look, all black outfit but with some special touches with the vest and leopard birks (which are only $20!).

Beeee teee dub. Do you notice my hair in this photos? All of the sudden like almost all the way through shooting, I realized my elastic broke! What I didn’t realize until I looked at the photos was that it had been broken almost the whole time. Whoops. Hence photos with me braiding my hair and that giant black elastic. 😛

Hope you all are having a great week! I have been keeping busy working, working out and doing stuff around the house like a good wifey! If you follow me on Snapchat (mox_ie), you know we did a ton of food prep the other day. We were in the kitchen making stuff for a few hours, but oh my goodness. It’s seriously so helpful. That way when I run off to work or get home starving, I have something to eat. Genius, I tell you. Except we suck at doing it consistently. So I’m just going to extra enjoy it this week. Oh em gggg. Guys. I’m so excited. I’m going to see “Newsies” the musical tonight at the Pantages. I LOVED the movie growing up. I even had a “Newsies” party with all my best friends when I was like twelve where we dressed up in our best Newsies costumes and all watched the movie. I can still sing every word to every song. And you better believe I’ll be singing along tonight.
