So let me tell you a little story. Yesterday I was getting ready for work talking to my hubby about the million things I needed to do, writing this blog post being one of them, and feeling like I was going to run out of time. (As you’re reading this I’ve probably been up for hours! I had to wake up today at 4:30am to drive to San Diego for a wedding.) I was feeling a little overwhelmed! This blog is my hobby, and I absolutely love it. But it’s also starting to require more time and organization, and while I always get things done, I’m not always the best at organizing, or mainly, not stressing out about the fact the I’m not organized. Anyways, he was on the computer as we were talking, and all the sudden he’s like come here, and read this. Annnnnd, lo and behold, he shows me the intro to my blog post for today that he typed up pretending to be me. 😛 Whelp, I decided to include it because he did a pretty darn good job, dontcha think?!

Bahaha. I about died. Especially because um “Pretty Kitty Salon”. Yah, nope. (If you don’t know ’bout that place, Google it…) He knows I love using parenthesis so of course he had to talk about that. And he didn’t even know what outfit I was featuring so he decided he should write about pattern mixing. Oh and he had titled the post “Welcome to my Wife”. To put it in the words of the one and only Benjamin Bennett #lovesit. 😛

Now onto the real star in this post (jk, love you, Babe), this Tobi dress. I LOVE anything plaid. Seems to be one of the hottest patterns this season. But add these fun dimensional mesh lines and sleeves? I was SOLD. I love when clothing items have a classic pattern but with a twist or style that makes them stand out. This dress accomplishes both! Oh and don’t even get me started bout these shoes. I loveee. I have a similar pair already but I love how high these ones go up so they look like boots but then with the open toe! They will go with almost anything, and I’m sure will now be my go-to heels. Now if ya’ll haven’t heard of Tobi, you NEED to check them out. I can’t tell you how many other things I wanted to buy. P.S. I can’t tell how many times I ran in and out of the street during this post and was like, “Ok now! Take the picture”. But then I would run away because a car would start to come. Needless to say, we had some laughs.
